I'm not able to see my photos in the Waldo app.
Once you join the event and purchase the Digital Photo Pass you'll be able to access your matches via our app. If you're not seeing the matches there please see below for troubleshooting steps:
1. Please update your app to the latest version available.
2. Please check to ensure that you are logged in using the phone number associated with the account that purchased the Digital Photo Pass.
Matches will only be shown in our app once a purchase is made.
