How do I refund a customer?

If you are a Stripe Connect partner, you can issue refunds to your customers via your Photo Manager dashboard.

Follow these steps to ensure that revenue reporting stays accurate within the Waldo platform.

Submit a Refund Request for a Customer via Photo Manager
1. Click into the Members tab for the gallery that has the transaction.
2. Find the member, then select View Transactions. 
3. You’ll be taken to the Revenue tab where you can click on Manage Order and issue a refund.

Please Note: You must be configured with Stripe Connect to issue refunds.
