# Do I have to pay to see my photos?

If you don’t plan to pay and use our facial recognition service you can visit the free web gallery here: [https://waldo.photos/galleries](https://waldo.photos/galleries) and type in the Join Code provided to you by your organization. If you do not know the Join Code, check the correspondence you received letting you know about Waldo.

 

Once in the free web gallery, you will be able to view, download, favorite, share and order prints of your favorite pictures. The free web gallery is only viewable on a web browser, either on your phone or on your computer, and therefore the photos are not able to be viewed in our Waldo Photos app.

 

If you decide at any time to enroll in our facial recognition instead, you can simply text that same Join Code to 735-343 and follow the prompts.
